The COYOTE is a roomier fit boxy style waistcoat handmade completely from salvaged sheepskin and vintage textiles.
I select each sheepskin for its quality, individual look and feel. I then wash them without the use of chemicals and use natural dyes if dyeing to obtain a unique colour for each and every one.
This process is quite time consuming to revive and bring the quality of the wool back to life, but necessary and very much worth it to reuse such a beautiful textile.
Natural charcoal salvaged sheepskin with a front panel made of salvaged black leather and an appliqué of rose gold leather. Finished off with a tie made from vintage 70’s contrasting fabric.
