The HOKU dress is a new design this year, reminiscent of the 70’s kaftan but with gathered panelling and a sculptured shape. This dress comes in two sizes as it fits a wide range due to the shape and fit. It has ample chest space while making it look a smaller fit with the gathered panels and a sculptured long length that looks slimmer and less full.
I wanted an easy throw on summer garment that will work as a daily casual piece and equally dressed up for an evening.
The vintage block print fabric i used for this dress is the reverse side as the print was more subtle and suited the dress better. It’s beautifully faded with age and gorgeously soft cotton. If you require the length altering please message me after purchase.
